Litigation funding is not new.  It has firmly established itself as a reputable, non-correlated asset class offered by respected and sophisticated entities.  Until now, this asset class has been largely unavailable to smaller and individual investors.  litcoin's mission is to see this asset class democratized and made available to any qualified investor, big or small.
